I'm building a course based around stops on a ride route. I have an image of a car that moves along the route as the learner interacts with the buttons. The first two straight lines work fine. I have a diagonal line going from stop 2 to stop 3 and set the motion path to orient shape to path. The car isn't turning to follow the path. See images attached.
Hey Tom. Thanks for the guidance on this. I was able to apply the technique you suggested. However, now I'm experiencing another issue. The slide is not resuming the saved state once I click a stop, navigate to another slide, and come back. I don't know if there's an issue with my triggers or if this is a glitch. See attached project file.
I don't have enough time to dig through the file. My guess is that there's a conflict with the triggers somewhere.
An easier solution is to show a layer (which you can hide all objects and it'll look like a slide). The layer properties has a pause base layer feature. This should pause it the way you want. I assume when you leave the slide and return the triggers are being reset.

I played around with some ideas and a tip on using a single motion path. Hope this helps.
