Unable to insert pictures from Content Library. Pictures are not loading properly. Internet is working fine. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled it back even then its not working fine. We are facing this problem with two licenses we use.
It looks like the images in the Content Library aren't fully loading. Reach out to your IT team, and be sure these Network Endpoints are enabled in your network. That should solve it for you!
After I added all the URL necessary to our whitelist, the illustrations in the content library were still not loading. I checked the application logs and noticed that the URL pixabay.com was not reachable. Sure enough our firewall was blocking this site. I added Pixabay.com to the whitelist and now everything works. I was able to remove the whitelist entries provided by Articulate. The only entry I needed was Pixabay, com. Maybe Articulate should add this URL to their endpoint whitelist recommendations.

Keep me posted on how it goes. 😁

Characters, icons work, just not photos
Hello Darlene, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
Were you able to look at the article Alyssa linked above and have your IT team add those items to your allowlist?
If you have difficulty troubleshooting on your own, I'd recommend working 1:1 with our support team here.
Just in case anyone is still having this issue.
