Print slides function

Good morning,

This morning I used the javascript snippet window.print(); to print the content of a layer and I spot a strange behaviour caused by the browser zoom's setting.

-> Zoom < 100% (i.e 50%) content is cut and the base layer content became visible (this can be avoided by hide it through layers properties).

->Zoom = 100% content is not aligned in the center (maybe caused by default printing settings)

->Zoom > 100% content starts to be centered

 

Now I am a bit disappointed because

a) There are similar posts since years now

b) Storyline has the trigger to print the result slide (why this is not valid for other slides)?

 

Why do not develop a new trigger feature that works instead of using the javascript snippet?
