Has this happened to anyone else? When I want to insert a Character into my project, first I don't see the enlarged preview that usually appears on the right when looking through the thumbnail images of a specific character. (I've checked other characters and I don't get the preview for most of them.) Then I get an error message (We're sorry, something when wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close.) when I hit Insert. I'm getting this error with more than one project.
