Progress tracking within customized LMS

We created an LMS for a customer and we also created their storyline course.

In the LMS, we'll be adding a progress tracking bar, which shows the percentage. It will look like this. (This is just a mockup)

Here's the Tracking Options I have set in Storyline:

When we uploaded the SCORM course package to the LMS, it is not tracking progress for the actual content. It's only tracking progress for the Final Assessment. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Any help is appreciated. We are on a deadline and need to figure this out asap.
