Zip the published files, and send that .zip file (aka the SCORM package) to your clients. You can do that via email (if the file isn't too big). Or use some other transfer process, like Box.
Note: Storyline provides the option to zip a course at the end of the publishing process. Use that to ensure the files are zipped correctly for a SCORM package.

It's a matter of timing. I think most of us who answer questions tend to answer the most recent ones first, because they're at the top of the list.
