Publish SCORM with NO tracking

Hi all,
Is there any way to publish a SCORM course (in this case, to Workday Learning) so that it does NOT track completion? The course just gives instructions and a link to an external training site. That training site is integrated with our Workday LMS to return completion data, therefore, if the SCORM also marks the module as 'completed' it will possibly be a false completion.
I hope that makes sense and that somebody has an answer.
Thanks,
Natalie

Hi Natalie, you could do this by having a completion trigger on a slide that cannot be visited by the user (no navigation links to it). Then when you publish, ensure Tracking is on Completion trigger.
Thanks Sam. This worked a treat!
I'm sorry: how have I to set this trigger?
Hi Elena!
Thanks for inquiring about this!
You're going to add a new scene that no trigger goes to, and place the completion trigger there.
You’ll also want to track completion using only the completion trigger - so uncheck everything else in the publishing settings.
I hope this helps you out!
Thank You John,
I tried, but it doesn't work in Docebo. I can't understand why...
I published in SCORM 1.2 this little coruse composed by 2 scenes (as you suggested), the second one contains a slide on which I set the completion trigger in this way: complete course as Completed/Passed when the state of the only object I created in this scene is Selected, state that i have set as initial state of the object.
So i published whith the tracking on complete course trigger.
Thank you again for helping
Hi Elena!
So sorry to hear you're still running into this issue after reworking your course as John recommended.
I've opened a support case on your behalf so our Support Engineers can take a closer look at your trigger setup.
One of our talented engineers will be in touch with you shortly!
Thanks so much and have a great start to your week! :)
Hi Elena, is it possible your course is sending a score to the LMS and has a mastery score defined? This could result in a completion status being set by the LMS.
Hi Sam,
no, It's a very simple course, with no quiz or scoring, just slides, layers
and trigger to navigate them.
My goal is to have a small library of videos, and I don't want the LMS to
get any information about which and how many video the user has seen. In
fact, I would like the LMS to behave as if this object did not exist in the
course.
Thank tou for helping!

No problem, let me know if you need any further support as it is possible what you are looking for and it looks like an engineer will be in touch.
One other option to explore is with the LMS. I know some LMS will allow you to deploy non-scorm content, and therefore not track, but I understand you may still want the benefit of tracking via scorm for bookmarking and showing completion on individual items (videos) within the module.
