I'm happy to help! I'd recommend a different approach. I'd recommend sending the zip folder without extracting it. When the recipient receives the zip folder, they'll want to extract all on their local computer and then open the Launch_Story.exe.

No need to apologize! I appreciate the update. I've tested this exactly on my end, but I see the same quality in both Launch_Story.exe and story.html.
It would be helpful to look at the file to determine what is getting in the way. Would you mind either attaching the .story file to this public discussion or upload it privately in a support case?

Hi Lauren. Sorry for the late reply and I probably didn't explain myself properly as the steps I explained were when I was testing it.
I do send the zip file to my friend and then she does the following:
Extract All > Launch_Story.exe
But the embedded video came out pixelated.
This does not seem to be the case when she clicks story.html
