Anyone who has direct links to review your content items will still be able to view them and add comments. However, you won't be able to access your Articulate Review home page where all your content items are listed.

Yes, the project owner can disable comments for a Review 360 course.
Also, any content you publish to Review 360 will remain intact and accessible, even after your Articulate 360 Trial or Subscription expires.
