Publishing my Storyline Course

I want to publish my Storyline course that allows interactivity and control over how long the presenter can remain on each slide. The course includes three inserted YouTube videos. I first tried publishing to video and I had a message saying "Some of the media in this project cannot be included in this video." It of course did not include the YouTube videos when ready for viewing. I then tried publishing to Web but the slides advanced automatically. I looked in the Player but didn't find a function on advancing the slides. From the article I read on Choosing the Right Publishing Option for Your Storyline 360 Project it seems like LMS is the right option but for now my organization does not have LMS. Can you help me with the solution?
