So, if I understand you right, you want the previous and next buttons to show up at a certain point on the timeline. First you need to create a trigger to change the state of the button to hidden when the timeline starts on the slide. Then add another trigger to change the button to normal when the timeline reaches the time you want. Personally, I wouldn't do this for the Previous button only for the next button.
