I'm using a course previously built by a co-worker which housed multiple question banks. How to I avoid them showing up as it will take a while to remove them. I only have 10 questions (1-10) visible in Storyview. How do I make sure those from the question bank don't appear during the course.
The questions in a question bank won't appear in a course unless you insert a draw (which is done under the SLIDES tab).
It's still a good idea to delete unused question banks, because they waste space in the file. You can do that from STORY VIEW. Select Question Banks, and then Manage Question Banks.
That will open the Question Bank Manager, which lets you delete question banks.
Will I be able to delete all at once or each bank one at a time?
While I have you...I am getting 360 today and need to start working in it with the current file I am working on in SL3. Is it easy to transfer it over and how do I do that?

That's great to hear! I'm sure you'll love using the features of Storyline 360! Storyline 3 projects are naturally compatible with Storyline 360, so you can simply open them from your desktop application.

You have to do it one at a time from the Question Bank Manager. I replied to a similar question here.
