I keep running into this, I'll build a module with a marker and when I try to enter in the pop up text it has a pre-indented spacing. I've reformatted all the text in the master and layout to ensure there is no default indent on the line spacing but it keeps randomly cropping up on the marker popups (I've attached pics for examples and comparison). Additionally, the line spacing option is greyed out when editing/formatting marker pop up text.

For community members following this thread who may have the same issue, here's the solution Johnrey offered:
The indentation behavior on the Marker appears to be the default for the current Theme, which seems to show corruption. You can manually adjust the Marker settings to remove the indentation. Import the slides into a new project file to get rid of corrupt data.
