Random Yellow Text box on Feedback Layer
Hello,
I have a screen recording (typed answer) and it shows a random yellow text box that I cannot get rid of. I re-recorded the slide multiple times with the same issue. I have other similar slides and this does not happen. (blocked out image for privacy concerns). I removed the text the said "correct"

Is the yellow box on the video recording too, or does it appear when the user presses tab?
The tab key is used for accessibility, to allow users to navigate through the interactive elements using a keyboard only:
