Reporting Results Slides in TalentLMS

Hi folks!

Wanted to know if anyone in the community has had this issue and if they can offer any insight. I am having an issue with my LMS (TalentLMS) because I am unable to view reported responses from users. Articulate support helped me test and confirm with interactions are being reported with in SCORM Cloud from the results slides for text entry and survey questions from the course, but not in Talent LMS. I have messaged TalentLMS, but have yet to get a satisfactory response from them to resolve the issue. Two results slides have been set up to report to a final results slide (combines the the previous 2 results slides) and is set up under tracking when publishing. I even tried publishing as xAPI and then pushing the data to an LRS (SCORM Cloud), but that only helped recover the text entry questions, not the survey responses, which are a series of Likert scare 1-5 questions. I have attached the zipped SCORM file for reference (slides are currently set to "free" to go through faster). 

Has anyone had any issue with TalentLMS like this before?
