Screencast video insert try mode step

Hello,

I recorded a screencast which I would like to insert to the try mode step, hovewer the video doesn't devide the slides and its shows all of it on one slides. Could you help me finding the solution for the mentioned problem?

What I have tried:

• install update for storyline
• restart the computer 
• use the action fine tuning option
• use different scene
