I met a problem that a knowledge check allows the learner have two attempts. If the learner has a second try and clicks the correct answer, the quiz result shows: you are wrong. I checked the quiz form, and there is no problem with it.
Any suggestion to fix this problem would be appreciated.
Thank you, Walt. I've attached the slide. The correct answer is 'No'. When I choose the wrong answer, SL asked me to try again. Even if I choose the 'No', the result still shows I am wrong.
