Hi all, I'm wondering if there is a recommended trigger to tie to a 'Try again' button that can clear prior selections in a multiple selection knowledge check leading into a second attempt.
Currently, the prior attempt's selections aren't clearing at the beginning of the second attempt. The system allows the user to deselect the prior answers, but not clear the prior attempt answer selections completely as one-action. Is there a best-practice around setting this up? Thanks.
I don't know about best practice necessarily, as I haven't had need to do this, but here's a way to do it: change the states of the selections back to normal on the Try Again layer. Kind of a nuisance to have to do this on multiple questions, but it works.
