I'm managing a dev team and we have a new Teams subscription. I've learned how you can save Storyline templates on your local machine for reuse. But I need to store Storyline template files in a network location for all team members to access. I don't see any SL settings that tell where to look for template files when you click 'My Templates' from the Slides tab.
What may help here is to share Team Slides with your team. You can create a library of shared team slides that everyone can access right from Storyline 360. This guide provides some great tips on this workflow here:
We're a huge organization with separate departments licensing their own teams subscriptions. Is there any way to share the Team Templates to other Teams within the same organization (without having to send the physical offline version of the Storyline template)?
I have a similar but different issue linked to Team Slides. Unlike Ivan's scenario, I manage our 360 Teams subscription for the whole organization where I assign members in Groups. But when those groups develop, they would prefer the Teams Slides folders to not be widely available to other groups and group members.
Has there been any discussion to implement more access controls to the folders for Team Slides?

Hello Ivan!
Right now, Team Slides can only be shared with members of your team. If this approach changes, I'll keep you posted in this discussion.

Hi, Robert.
Thank you for reaching out!
While not currently a feature, we have a request logged for Folder Permissions for Team Slides - Group levels.
I will update this discussion if I have any news to share or if this request makes it to our feature roadmap.
