Slide cannot load in LMS but has no issues in preview mode.

Hello, I have created and uploaded a course onto a LMS as an AICC format. However, the course can't seem to load the last slide (shows the 3 buffering dots). This issue did not occur when I am previewing the course in Storyline 360 itself and on Review 360.

For reference, the last slide contains videos, some audio along with animations, state changes and the course completion button.  I am not sure what is wrong and would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that you're course isn't playing as expected in your LMS, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. Have you tried viewing the course in a different browser? Here is a list of the ones supported. You can also try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.

I also want to share this resource about troubleshooting LMS issues that you may find helpful. If you're comfortable sharing your file with us here or privately in a support case, we'll be happy to test your course on our end! We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Thanks for replying. 

I have tried using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both of which resulted in the same issue. I have tried clearing browser cache and it did not work either.

Following the troubleshooting link provided, the 'launch content in new browser' option in my player settings was unchecked and the relay.asp file was already added.

do you can see any error messages if you open the browser console

press F12* -> Tab "Console" and "Undock into separate window"

 take screenshots of the console and upload it here

or save a log file -> mouse right click -> "save as"

and upload the file here as attachment

 

 * or mouse click right -> context menu -> "Inspect"
