My project that a team created won't open and the pop up messages states The project won't open because it uses features that aren't available in this version of Storyline. "Feed back Theme Colors. Install the latest Storyline update to open.
When I go to my Story line app, there are no updates available to choose from, is there a specific place I have to look? Where else can I get this update. I have to release this project asap to students and need to make minor changes HELP!
Have you tried updating? If you are on the latest version then your developer may have used a beta version. They should be able to switch that functionality off for you.
I need to use an old version of Storyline (3.48) to export for a specific LMS. I cannot open our course because it was created in a newer version and says it uses "Feedback Theme Colors" and needs to be updated. Is there a way for my coworker with the newer Storyline to turn off this feature for me to be able to open the file in 3.48? If so, can you please tell me how?
It sounds like you hit a snag trying to open a newer course in an older version of Storyline 360.

what versions do you see ? You need 3.65 or newer for "Feedback Theme Colors"
