Storyline 3 SDK

IS there a Storyline 3 SDK? I've searched a little bit but can't find anything. All I come across are Storyline 2 SDK references.

    Really? So there's no way to change or add buttons directly to the player? I want to add a home button to my player but I'd like to see how complicated it would be to modify or add in the same area as the previous/next buttons.
