Storyline 360 and Secure Link

My organization has a homegrown Learning Center and we levearge SCORM cloud to launch our eLearning training activities. This process is required to be accessed via our VPN or with a company device. Most users use this method without any issues. We also have users that take training remotely via  a secure connection that works for most training activities. 

My issue is that our instructional design team recently switched over to SL360 and now we are having issues with these eLearning activites launching in this secure environment. Our IT team is testing the disconnect but seem to be stuck. Is there a platform where we can share this scenario for someone to look into?
