I think I have the answer to this but I'm hoping I'm incorrect. I'm working on a project where I've successfully recorded screens to insert into SL360. I've inserted the recording first as a video with sound, done some editing and would like to use that edited version of the recording as a step by step next. Is this possible? Can I do editing to the recording which was included as a video and have that edited version also be leveraged as a step by step version without performing the edits again? Hoping I don't need to include time to perform those edits again. Thank you very much Heroes!
You are correct in that there's no way to reuse a screen recording once it's been inserted to a slide and edited. You can only reuse screen recordings from this section in Storyline 360:
