Storyline 360 trainings crash when watched on Edge

Hi, we've developed a Storyline 360 training for a major national company. Unfortunately, nearly all 10 test users have reported back that they are experiencing lags and even crashes while watching the training via the mandatory company browser, Microsoft Edge, on Cornerstone LMS. Other browsers do not give this problem. As the training will launch next week, any help, suggestions or experiences would be much appreciated.

It's hard to know what's making it crash. Considering that it's everyone in the same org, they may have something installed that is causing an issue. Or there's something in the course. I'd connect with our support team so they can help troubleshoot the issue and not make you wait around here in the community.

which "Microsoft Edge" ?

there are two complete different browser with the same name

 - Microsoft Edge (Original)* (2014-2019)
 - Microsoft Edge (based on Chrome) (2019- ...)

the current version should be identical to Chrome with a better GUI

 * Support for Microsoft Edge Legacy has ended on March 9, 2021
