Whenever I press the play button on the timeline, Storyline just instantly closes - no error message, it just vanishes! It might not happen the first time I press it, but the 2nd or 3rd or 4th time etc. it will crash - I can't do any work! My laptop is great in regards to the system requirements for Storyline, I have tried saving my file to the C drive, creating a new document and then moving my project over into that, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline - nothing is helping! It's not just isolated to one file either, it's any file I open. Help!!!
