My Storyline has crashed several times throughout the week as I am editing images. It has occurred while cropping images, resizing them, and also adding several hot spots onto an image.
Is this a system or user error? It is quite frustrating.

I have been running into this too. So far my work-around is to disconnect from my company's VPN, work in the media library, then go back into my vpn. My IT is still looking for the solution.
