Storyline file closes when I try to edit triggers Jun 16, 2021 By Andrew Desnoyers I am having trouble with a time sensitive project. Every time I try to edit a trigger I get an error message and the file closes on me. I have tried importing the entire project into a new file, but that did not resolve the issue. I can not share the file publicly due to a NDA. Can someone from Articulate help me?

Any chance you could grab a screenshot of the error or let us know what it says? From here, I'd recommend running a quick repair of Storyline 360 to see if that helps.
