I would like to include a logo as part of a Modern Player file that is shared between users at our university. When importing the player from .xml or loading a previously saved player, the logo image does not appear.
When loading the player, it shows that a logo file is included and maintains the alt text; however, the image does not load in the sidebar.
I took a look at the logo in your project file and saw that it wasn't loading properly.
For the Modern Player, you'll want to make sure that your logo does not exceed 170 pixels in height. You can check out this article for more information on adding a logo to the Player in Storyline 360.
If your logo meets the requirements listed in the article, would you be willing to share a copy of your logo image here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
