Storyline Quiz: I'm only able to view one question at a time in preview mode

Hi there

I have created a quiz, all settings on each quiz page are the same being Multiple response and they submit results to the Results slide.  When I preview the Quiz using selected slides (10 questions in total, 1 question per page), the first question/slide works, then the following questions/slides do not work and wont allow me to action answers or submit.  However, if I click on a single question/slide without selecting multiple slides, it works fine.   The other strange thing is that when I view multiple slides, it seems to default back to settings ie: the slide navigation controls appear, even though I have them all disabled.  Can anyone explain what is happening and how I fix this please?    Thanks

P.S  I've recreated the quiz twice from scratch and I am still having the same issues.
