We are currently in the process of trying to create some screen recordings.
When recording our screen everything looks crisp and clear, but then when we review, publish to review, publish to video or upload to a rise course the recordings become very blurry.
We have tested amending the quality in SL settings when Publishing the recording to review and this did not help with the blurriness.
We then tried Publishing the recoding to video instead and amended the quality to see if that would make a difference and the results were still very blurry.
One of the most common reasons for blurry recordings is a mismatch between the resolution of your screen recordings, and the Story Size of your Storyline 360 project. You'll want to make sure that these two sizes are as close to each other as possible.
