Storyline triggers not working when exporting an MP4

Hi there,

I had screen recorded a demo of me doing something in a system but when I created the audio track I realized that I needed to pause and play the screen recording during certain parts (longer audio snippets where additional clarification is required). When I preview, everything looks great, but when I export to a MP4, nothing works like it did. The video starts for 5 seconds, then pauses and when it plays again it goes back to the beginning. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I can send the MP4 and the source file to a confidential link if you need to see it.

    Thank you for reaching out! I see you opened a support case, and you're working with my teammate Renato, who logged as a possible software bug.

    Renato also shared some suggestions via e-mail, so please reach out through the case if you have additional questions.

    I want to share some information on how we tackle bugs,  and we'll let you know as soon as we have an update on this issue.
