I made a screen recording to intro a system and in the scene the video itself fits within the blank slide, yet in preview part of the screen is cut off.
I don't know if I am making sense, so have uploaded my project.
To save time, the scene I am referring to is '7 Pay Office' (the other video I created through screen record worked (scene '6 People Pay').
Your slide size is 720 x 540 px while the resolution of your recording is 1440 x 1080. As a troubleshooting step, try matching your slide size with the resolution of your video or vice versa to see if this helps allow your videos to display properly.
You'll also want to make sure that your monitor scale ratio is set to 100% in display settings.
Try recreating your videos with these recommendations and let me know if it fixes the issue!

I took a look at your project file and saw that the slide size of your project file did not match the resolution of the video that you recorded.
