Hi, For course publishing, we have been using Articulate Storyline [v3.44.23192.0] and [v3.30.195.18.0]. We found these two to be very stable versions for our types of courses with custom templates, we'd like to keep them for a while until we decide to upgrade. We simply want to know how long Articulate will offer support to these versions of Storyline so that we can plan accordingly when it is no longer supported. Thanks.
We recommend using an up-to-date version of Storyline 360 to take advantage of the newest features and compatibility with updated operating systems. We won't stop supporting previous versions of Storyline 360, but if operating systems change then, you'll likely run into compatibility issues.
Can you share more about what you're using these previous versions for? I understand that you're using custom templates, but can you share what you've noticed with updated versions and those custom templates?
