Surveys -Multi level but into 1 Report

Hi, 

This is a toughie, so let me know if my explanation is bizarre.

I'm trying to create a survey in Storyline 360 that appears in 3 separate forms, but need to report the previous & current survey.

The thought is, learners do the survey in stages. After completing one, their results load and a new one appears. They complete the second, those two reports load, then a 3 third appears.

Has anyone attempted to link 3 surveys into 1 and if so, is there a way to to work the Report to show all their answers across these surveys?

If this is not supposed to be a survey, but a quiz of some sort, just let me know.

Love to hear any ideas on this, even more so if someone could get it to work!
