Text-to-Speech issue

Hi Friends,

Text-to-Speech returns an error message when it tries to open the dialogue box.  We have Internet connectivity.  It's happening with two different users in all .story files (SL360).  Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hello Scott!

So sorry for the trouble this is causing! We’ve identified an outage with one of our service providers, and in addition to intermittent errors uploading content, we’re seeing errors with trial sign-ups and Storyline 360 Text-to-Speech.
