Hi, I've never had this problem before and other people in my organization is having the same issue, when we try to launch the Text-To-Speech tool this message appears: Unable to connect. Check your internet connection and try again. We have checked and we do have an internet connection.
So sorry for the trouble this is causing! We’ve identified an outage with one of our service providers, and in addition to intermittent errors uploading content, we’re seeing errors with trial sign-ups and Storyline 360 Text-to-Speech.

Sorry to hear you've hit this snag!
We identified a minor outage with Storyline's text-to-speech feature earlier this week, but our engineering team has since implemented a fix!
