Anick

Hello Anick!
We are happy to help find out what is causing the text to change! It would be helpful if we could see your project. Do you mind sharing the .story file with us? You can attach it to this discussion or upload it privately in a support case.
Hello Lauren,
Here is one slide that causes me problem. There are a few more in the entire project.
The problem is in the subtitle (gray rectangle), as in the screen shots in my post.
Feel free to contact me if you need any other information.
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your file, Anick!
I wasn't having any luck recreating the issue you described. I'm also currently on Storyline 360 3.57.26407.0
Here's what I see when I preview and publish to Review 360.
Here's what I see when I publish to LMS and test in SCORM Cloud:
I resaved your file and attached it here. Can you open it and let me know if you still see the issue? I'm staying tuned for your response so we can keep at this!
Even with your file, I have the same problem.
Sorry for this trouble, Anick. I appreciate you checking this on your end. From here, I'd like our support engineers to step in to take a closer look. I've opened a support case on your behalf, so you'll be hearing from one of my teammates soon!
So, I finally found what causes the problem! If I change the slides titles in the menu for English version, everything is OK! Seems like Korean causes trouble to a lot of Articulate users. Maybe this could help others. Thank you for your help!
Thanks, Anick. I appreciate you chiming in to share your solution.
