there is possible to play the scrom when open in mobile device?

i have some problem, i want to autoplay my slide, without clicking the play button.

 

it's only 2 slide. first slide doesn't contain any media ( mp3/mp4), but still got the play button. 

anyone can help me?

      hi Leslie, 

      i would like to join the discussion. I am adding Storyline Blocks (no video, no audio, just an interactive block with pictures), and yet on the mobile it is shown as a black screen with the play button.

      I was advised this is a standard behaviour due to the mobile browser rendering the player. But again, i am having no media whatsoever, I have even double checked in the Storyline media library menu. Can you please advise?

      Hello Leslie,

      I am having the same issue but I am trying for the PC and not a mobile! Also, I do not have any media either, just regular triggers. I want to publish a review so that I can add it to Rise. Please help!

        Hello Surabhe, 

        Happy to help!

        You should only see the Play button when your course starts with on a slide with a media file. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at your slides? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

    The play button is the expected behavior for Storyline blocks when viewed on a mobile device. If you want to add a cover photo, instead, here are the instructions:
