Trigger Not Firing in Game Though Identical to Others

Hello,

I have been working on a game wherein a trigger that is supposed to kick in when a value hits a certain number isn't firing.

The trigger preceding it works just fine, and it uses an identical value trigger mechanism.

The Q3 layer in the Game Board base layer in the SL file I have attached should appear on-screen (along with the base layer) after the crab image moves to the corner and the static image remains in a visible state.

So, in other words, once you have completed the second island and collected your crab token, you can't progress because Q3 doesn't spin up for the player to click.

The Question_Counter variable which triggers the Qs, again, seems to work just fine for the others.

The preceding trigger which follows the water bottle shrinking and remaining as a static image correctly fires the Q2 layer.

Removing the "When the timeline starts on this layer, Show layer Crab Layer" allows that Q3 layer to show.

Even the next token/question/etc. works once you remove the Crab trigger and progress.

I may be missing something very simple, but it is driving me bonkers.
