Is there a way to turn off the shortcut keys? Working on a walk-through where users have to select 'CTRL + F1'. I'd like for the user to go on to the next slide after this, which it does, but first pulls up Articulate's Help Page. I know F1 is a help shortcut but wanting to turn that off.
If a key or set of keys has a function already assigned to it, you won't be able to create a trigger using those same keys.
I hope other community members might have a workaround for you. In the meantime, here's a thread with a discussion on how to use the F(Function) keys using Javascript:
