Typing symbols in Storyline

Hi

Today I upgraded to Storyline 360 v3.53.25436. After that, while I'm recording the screen, I found an issue when I typed symbols like '," or ~, it shows two or three symbols instead of one.

I attached a video to show you; the first part (17 seg) captures the screen with another software to demonstrate the normal behaviour, then I start capturing with Storyline and try to write the same expressions. As you can see, those symbols appear two or three times.

Last week I did similar captures but I haven't had any issues.

    Thanks for sharing that helpful video of what you're experiencing!

    Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the software in your screen recording, but my first suggestion would be to try pasting the desired text instead of typing to see if you get a different result!

    I'm curious to see if some others in the community will are familiar and will chime in with additional ideas!
