I have a course that has a 9-minute video in it. Subtitles (srt files) were added to the video via Premiere Pro, exported as a MP4 file and then inserted into Storyline.
In Storyline itself, the full video plays smoothly until the end. No problem.
The issue only arises after the course has been published (SCORM 2004, version 3).
The video plays for about 3.30 minutes before it blacks out, leaving only the subtitles playing on screen. The audio also disappears. What could be causing this?
I have other courses published in different languages with no issue, the video plays in full.

I have found the solution to resolve this.
After publishing it in SCORM 1.2, the video plays back perfectly.
I do not know why SCORM 2003 had issue.
