Visualization of Storyline 360 in responsive format

Hi!

We want to publish a course using Storyline 360, in order to check it in responsive format for mobile devices, and though we have configurated the player without elements outside the lesson frame (buttons, controls, etc.) and activating the option to fill the window of the browser, there is a margin in the bottom right side.

We have tried republishing, installing the upgrades from December 15th, 2020, to March 23rd, 2021, and still we haven’t been able to fix it.

Please, we need your technical support to solve this case. I attach some images as a reference.
