Are macro available in Storyline? insert the same rectangular into various locations of my courses. For example I find that I constantly create a red rectangular, with no fill, weight of 5, etc. It is getting old creating this over and over again. If not, any suggestions to make this easier?
You can create the shape once, then right click it and choose Set as Default Shape. From then on, any rectangles you create will be red, with no fill, line weight of 5, etc.:
It's not as general-purpose as macros, but it does save a lot of time if you have to create similar shapes often.

no macros you can copy and paste or use format painter.
...or just create yourself an image somewhere with the correct characteristics, and just do Insert > Picture whenever you need it :)
If you love macros alot, you can use a separate macro recorder program. There are dozens online. But it's not really necessary for drawing a shape.
