Drag and drop try again
Hi - I have a drag and drop interaction -
Is it possible for the incorrect objects to return to their orginal locations when they click try again, but the correct ones to stay.

You can use a motion path with the length set to 0

Just make sure the path is not relative and it will go back to where it came from

Thanks for sharing the helpful tips Phil and Kate! I just wanted to chime in and share this free drag and drop download that returns incorrect dragged items and leaves correct ones upon submit. Hope that gives you some more ideas!

Yep. I've just created an interaction which does this. If you want the SL file, let me know.

Hi - so it all worked - EXCEPT the learner has 5 words to place on the target, (ive got 5 hot spots)
and they have multiple attempts.
But they can drop words on top of each other, and this is not what i want to happen.
how to solve this conundrum?- PhilMayorSuper Hero
I the drag and drop options set it so only one item per drop target
