Hi Diane 
You need to go onto your story view and scroll right to where the question slides are. Then you can customize with your questions using the slide or form view.

I'm afraid I'm not understanding something, because I wasn't able to do complete anything. The storyview is so tiny, I can do anything with it. Can someone tell me if the webinar on this game is available, or provide detailed instructions? Thanks very much!

Hi Diane 

If your story view is tiny - go to View tab -click story view and fit to your window

You can also expand the scene and that will give you a scroll bar at the bottom of your page that you can move to the right
