Localization

We use Localization heavily. Including the tool built into Rise. Is there some way to make the localization possible at some point?

I made a simple quiz that has built in language support as a workaround for now. It works but I wonder if there will be extra work is this quiz needed updates, changes, etc.

The only issue I ran into is that I don't think the code block supports a completed state yet? I added a Rise continue button and tried to gate it until the quiz was completed but I could click the button and skip the quiz entirely.

Overall the block works very well so far! I might try and push it more at some point, but for now, it's pretty cool!

This would be fantastic, but I'm not sure how it could be done within Rise...you might need to have the HTML translated outside of Rise and then import each translated package into the localized courses manually.

  • Thank you! Localization is a priority for our team. We hope to use the example Code blocks shared here and via our feedback survey to inform what that solution can look like.
