Some code blocks

Hi, 

I'm super happy about code blocks. I used to create courses in HTML in Brightspace, and I missed being able to make custom layouts and interactions.

I've been playing around with this for a couple of days, trying to recreate some of what I used to make.  So far it's working well, and I have been able to make responsive layouts, which I couldn't do in custom blocks. 

As others have pointed out in this forum, having to include all the css and js in each zip file quickly becomes unwieldly, so I have been thinking about how to better organize things.
