‘Settings’ popup is not closed by using ‘ESC’ key.
Hi
We have a query that in the Review Link with TABbing + Enter the "Settings" open. But when we Esc the settings does not close. It only closes again with the Enter.
Is this a Storyline limitation OR there is any other solutions?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm happy to help you work through the issue you are experiencing using the Esc key in Storyline.
I want to ask you a few questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Are you using a screen reader? If so, which one?
- Are you working from a Mac or a PC?
- You mentioned that this doesn't work in Review 360. Does it work in preview mode in Storyline?
Has anything been resolved about using the ESC key in Storyline? My client is requesting that the ESC key close the Player Resources tab when pressed. I do not see where I can add a trigger to control the ESC key. Would you be able to assist me?

I'm not aware of a way of triggering a player tab to open/close with a different key. Once the focus is on the Resources tab, they can use Enter or the Spacebar to open/close it.
I'm hopeful others in the community might have some suggestions for you. What is the intended environment (LMS, web, Review 360) ?
